Items that have ruined otherwise amazing runs

Here is a safe space to vent your frustrations and rage over games that went completely baps-up because of a single item.

My first encounter was with Cursed Eye - basically not allowing me to beat Mom, just going in and almost immediatly getting teleported out. Funk that.

The next item that ruined a fantastic run with Magdaline - Guppy. I had no idea that it would convert my 12 hearts into utter blinding rage

Finally today I was having a great Judas run until I picked up Orbiting Tears. I just watched in horror as all my shots just circumnavigated the enemies like they were trying to avoid them.

Cursed eye, tiny planet, and soy milk have never ruined a run for me. I like them all. But ♥♥♥♥ bob's brain.

Also, as a tip, Death's Touch+Monstro's Lung=can't see ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Undefined and Telepills
teleporting to Error room in the Deeps/Necropolis 2 before defeating mom stopped me from killing the Lamb with Samson and Eve.

Bob's Brain literally blows up in your face if you're used to fighting in close and forget you have it.
Ipecac can do the exact same thing but at least you still have your tears with Bobs Brain.
Dr. Fetus can slide bombs where you don't want them to go and enemies can just push them out of the way or walk around them.
Soy Milk with piercing tears means you're always backpeddling and getting nowhere fast.
Cursed Eye makes some bosses impossible to defeat.
Dead Cat only works if you are the God of Dodging.
Mom's Toenail can randomly squish you if there are no enemies around.
Chocolate Milk can give you carpal tunnel syndrome if you use it to rapid fire tears.
Experimental Treatment can either ruin or save your run, depending on what it does with your stats.
Inner Eye (triple shot) and Spider Boy (quad shot) greatly increase charge time if you already have other items the require a charge (Brimstone, Monstro's Lung, Cursed Eye, etc.).
I'll add more as I think of them.

All of those items can be good if used properly. And hating on Dr. Fetus? Really?

♥♥♥♥ Mom's Toenail though. I hate how it can end up stomping on you instead.

Guillotine, it made things so disorienting I actually felt slightly ill, and that almost never happens to me while playing games. Never picking that up again.

Dr. fetus requires synergies to considered decent, and bob's brain explodes in your face more often than not.

Undefined items. They happen way too often. I wonder if theres an issue they need to fix.

Otherwise Bob's Brain. Expirmental Substance which upped stats and the nmangled them so bad my Dr Fetus could barely scratch even Duke of Flies.

I had just gotten the "cards against humanity" item, didn't know what it does and in general I am trying my best to figure it out through experimenting (thought I have looked up some things). Anyway go into mom heart and try it out, suffice to say don't use that card in a boss room.
