How to unlock challenge 19; the family man?

So i've bin scrolling the forum with the search and i came up blank... can't find it.
Plenty of discussion about the challenge but not on how to get it.

It may be silly but could anyone tell me what unlocks it?

I don't remember how to unlock it but have you tried Issac Vs Issac or Blue Baby Vs Issac?

Edit: Or you need to unlock "The Angel's Await" with then you blow up angel statues to get a key.

You need to unlock 'Dad's Key,' which you do by getting 'Key Piece #1' and 'Key Piece #2', both of which only drop from bombing the angel statues in the Angel room, which prompts a boss fight against the Angel itself. You'll need to find two Angel rooms to get both key pieces.

You first must unlock "The Angels Have Awoken" simply play for a decently long time and it will come.

Honestly, not sure, just when ever you get an angel room bomb him and be ready to fight, do that twice then get to either the chest or dark room, the gold door will then open, you don't have to fight mega satan or even go in, just open it.

I've done this, I even unlocked Dad's Key, But not Challenge 19? Can you help me with that?

You need to actually open Mega Satan's door.

why dont my angel fight me

You have to kill the boss of either "The Chest" or "The Darkroom", after that you can fight the angels by bombing the statues.

i have done everything i bomb the angels they awake i fight them i get the full key i killed mega satan 2 times killed lamb BUT THE CHALLENGE 19 DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE UNLOCKED
