Best way to get angel room?
I got all items accept 2, but the missing ones are in angel rooms and it don't get how they appear sometimes when i think I got the conditions, but nope then no room appears at all. :x
So somebody knows a way to fast farm the angel rooms, because hoping for angel room and hoping for one of the two missing items gets really annoying after about 10h. x.x

There isn't really a good way to farm them, just +faith and goats head is about the best you can do. I believe angel rooms become more common as you see devil rooms but if you take any devil deals then you won't see any (with the exception of having the bible tract) for the remainder of that run.

Note that this is devil deals and not red chests or Krampus, taking anything else in a devil room does not block angel rooms, only deals.

Play Azazel and simply don't take a load of damage.
Or you can play ??? but I reccomend Azazel because of the bimstone and flying. Makes it much easier to avoid damage.
Also you can farm faith.

Doesn't helping beggars increase your chances?

I have reason to think that angel rooms are simply replacements for devil rooms based on a chance. So, up your devil room chances and up your faith.

Not that I am aware of, given that beggars usually don't take that long to give their pool rewards now anyways.

Yes, angel rooms are just replacements for devil rooms, thus not taking red heart damage massively ups the chances of getting them (unless you have goats head incase you get one or the other regardless). The only things I believe affect it, is seeing a devil room ups chances of successive rooms being angel rooms and taking a devil deal disables angel rooms for that run completely.

Killing Beggars increases devil chance, helping them might increase angel room but I'm nots ure on that.

Any time you get a devil room, there is a chance that it will instead be an angel room assuming you have not accepted any deals with the devil (traded your hearts or soul hearts for items in the devil room).

Devil rooms cannot spawn on the first floor. Items like pentagram, book of belial, and book of revelations increase the chance of devil rooms spawning, while goat head guarantees it. If you take no red hearts of damage during a boss fight, the chance of a devil room spawning increases, if you take NO damage during the entire floor, the chance greatly increases. The chance of a devil room spawning decreases on a floor after a devil room spawned on the previous floor. Killing beggars increases the chance of a devil room spawning.

If you do as many of those things as possible and take no devil room items, angel rooms will begin to spawn with relative frequency and it should be easier to get the items you need. The only items that are angel room specific spawns are Guardian Angel, Sacred Heart, Holy Grail, Dead Dove, Trinity Shield, and Godhead if I'm correct. There are a total of 23 items in the pool, so you'll have to do several runs before having a good chance of getting them, but running on someone like Azazel who has an easier time of not taking damage on a floor (and is basically guaranteed to not take red hearts of damage on the first few boss floors) would be a good idea.

Edit: I also don't know this for a fact, but it seems to me that whenever I Fight the Angels, the chance of an angel room spawning over a devil room is very high. You could try that on the first one you find each run.

Easiest way to get angel room items is to bring Isaac with the D6, bomb the angel statue, kill the boss and then reroll both items, that goes through 4 of the items in the already small pool pretty quickly.

I believe Joker cards are an exception to this rule as they will spawn a devil/angel room irrelevant of what floor they are used on but will offer the same rewards as that floor, thus there is no deal offered on Uetreo(sp) II even when using a joker card.

Strictly speaking, a devil/angel room spawns on every floor, even the 1st - what doesn't spawn on the 1st floor is the door to the devil room under normal circumstances. The spawn methods are mostly the same as devil deals - presumably you want faith over evil/sin (if they are actual stats now, they weren't in the original) but most importantly you don't want to kill beggars and you don't want to be taking any devil deals (the ones that use up heart containers/soul hearts) when looking for angel rooms.

Most of the items I haven't found yet are angel room items, though I'm missing a couple from the secret room pool too. Devil deals are just too tempting, even more so when they're essentially free deals.

Thanks for the strategy, still took me a while to get the shield after I got the guardian angel, but it was an overall higher chance. :D

Actually, Bible Tract doesn't allow Angel Rooms to appear after taking Devil Deals. In fact, it doesn't even influence Angel Room chance at all. It just increases the chance for Eternal Hearts to spawn.

More specifically, raise your Sin and Faith stats, and NOT evil. Sin increases the chance for a Devil/Angel Room to spawn, Faith increases the chance for Angel Rooms, and Evil increases the chance for Devil Rooms while DECREASING the chance for Angel Rooms, if I'm not mistaken.

If you want to 'farm' angel room items: play with isaac (or reroll) until you get goat head in a cursed room on the first floor -> 100% chance for devil rooms. On the second floor in the devil room: don't sacrifise red hearts for a devil item (you can take items from the red chests) -> this will increase the chance for angel rooms on the next floors (but devil rooms can spawn again after the first angel room, just dont sacrifise red hearts again).
In the angel room: don't take the item if you don't like/need it -> bomb the angel statue and fight the angel -> after the fight he will drop a key part -> now u have 2 angel room items that you can reroll in the hopes of getting the one you need.

Worked for me to find my missing godhead item which i didn't find after 45+ plays:
play as isaac with the D6 as active item, had The Habit from the store and Placenta as drop from previous floor. I got to an angel room and could re-roll 2 items -> left angel room and went to curse room -> entered curse room and took damage -> 1 restore on D6 -> repeat until D6 is full and until Placenta regenerated your HP to take damage -> go to angel room again and re-roll the 2 items -> repeat until you have re-rolled every item in the angel pool :-)

regarding this: you can enter a curse room on the first floor and find a red chests that teleports you to the devil room. I once had it, so first floor has a devil room.

I just farmed angel room items with Isaac. Skip the first deal with the devil, and then the next deal will highly likely to be an angel room. Explode the angel statue, fight it, and reroll two items (or one if there wasn't an item).

I have heard that getting a key piece basically counts as an angel room precedent (not sure if this is true, since angel room precedents supposedly do not exist and I haven't tried it) so you could try hanging on to a key piece.

The only angel room I was missing were Dead Dove and Godhead. They never showed up until I took sharp plug and almost died in an angel room spamming D6 on a couple of runs. Because D6 is a special item, chances of other special items appearing (like Godhead) are lowered which sucks. I made it work anyway.

When I got the Godhead I already had very high tears and high damage so the aura was super big (filled the whole room). Oh, and I was Guppy the Destroyer of the World. It was ridiculous and fun.
