Infinite pickups farming with Petrified Poop

So I discovered a way to get as many pickups as you want (coins, keys, bombs, hearts etc) with the Petrified Poop. Maybe some know about this, but I'm posting it here for those that don't.

You can do it with The Poop item, Habit/Battery and perhaps a few other items to auto recharge The Poop, but that requires finding the right items which is pretty uncommon.

Question: So how else can you generate lots of poops without having The Poop item? Answer: Larry Jr! :D This is one of the most common bosses to spawn, and he often appears in normal rooms also. He will generate the poops and destroy them too, if you have flight you can get out of the way onto a block or hole, but if not you'll have to avoid him. This probably works even without the Petrified Poop, but it will take FAR longer due to the low pickup drop rate.
I just farmed Larry Jr's poops for 10mins and got a ton of coins and hearts for the arcade. I bombed out of the door so I can re-use him later if I need to.

There's an even faster way for it: Card against humanity in a 2x2 room with blank card as the activated item. That'll get you enough poop to get sick of it.

That's a great idea, I haven't unlocked Card against Humanity yet as I thought it was a gimmick, but clearly I was wrong :) This is just one of the reasons why I love this game.

I noticed that the poops only drop coins and hearts though, and the solution to this is the Fanny Pack which converts the hearts into other pickups (when you damage yourself). Does anyone know if the Fanny Pack can drop chests, specifically yellow chests? That would make it even more interesting...

You could also use the Bum to collect the coins, which gives you items.
Big room + Card Against Humanity + Petrified Poop + Bum = a LOT of stuff :D

Petrified Poop + Rune of Abundance + Card Against Humanity + Battery + Blank Card
Basically, carry Petrified, Abundance, Blank on you until you get a room where Card of Humanity drops (or swap the 2 cards/runes). Find a battery, any battery not in a shop. Drop one card/rune in the room, go get the other.
Blank Card abundance to create another card and battery. Pick up battery. Repeat. Now you have 4 cards and 2 batteries. Repeat. 8 cards and 2 batteries.
Petrified Poop's job should be obvious.

For extra credit, use a Card Against Humanity in the room you're abundancing, and you can just directly clone the poop loot.
