Soy Milk+Brimstone=Worst synergy ever

Awful synergy. But the item Soymilk can be good with the right tems. Like Ipecac for example.

True, it is mostly useless though, unless you max out on DMG with pills or something...

I'll keep taking it as I prefer high ROF to high damage.

I know it's a bad item on it's own. It's great for when you have things like Mom's Contact and Lost Contact.

As far as I can see there are no dmg up pills in Rebirth. Only tear, range and speed up.
