Best Item Combos?

I know theres like, 100 other threads like this, but eh.
Anyway, heres mine:
"Spoon Bender" +
"Crickets Body" +
Any tears up item +
Any range up item

What it did for me is:
When the splash damage occurs, the tears pretty much "suck into" the enemy,
making it nearly impossible to miss/damage them...

(I also got the "Isaacs Head" achieve and item, because of this combo...

i got polyphemus+proptosis with a few damage, range, and tears upgrades on a recent run. my tears were at least twice the size of my body and i was killing bosses so fast it felt wrong. if i also got splash damage plus spoon bender.... phew just forget about it

soy milk + mutant spider + spreading tears + mysterious liquid, any non-flying boss or mob will die realy quick (that was realy fun run so i've saved a seed: qzx3 1l23)

A combo I would LOVE to try, but have never actually gotten:

• Tiny Planet
  
• Technology 2
  
• Lost Contact

You could buff the damage pretty well, but between the Planet and the shielded laser, you'd have a nearly 360° shield around you.

At least, in theory. I hope the shielding stacks with the laser.

Brimstone + Tiny Planet + Lost Contact + Number One + Chocolate Milk.

This one I've only gotten with the BASE MENT seed. It's really fast and really strong. And also neon green....

I would instantly heal when I got close the enemy enough to feel the blast damage. This made the Cathedral and Chest so easy

I got Proptosis + Death Scythe + rubber cement + cricket's body. It was awesome, wish I could've went to the "ultimate final boss room". It was kinda funny how I just entered a room, shot out one tear, and watched it bounce around the room killing everything.

If were are talking about a chain of synergy then....

Brimstone + Lost Contact + Ludovico Technique + Polyphemus + Lump of Coal + Money=Power + Mom's Contacts + tammy's Head + Wiggle Worm + Spoon Bender = GG. If you have 99 coins and high damage... you'd almost auto win everyroom, given Tammy's Head and Brimstone can clear just about everything non large room in the game and that Tammy's Head is a 1 room charge.... not usually a fan of Wiggle Worm but it works well with brimstone effects.

I was playing just now and got a completely game-breaking combo. I was playing Apollyon, I consumed The Placebo, active item which copies the effect of a Pill I have. So long as I held 48hour energy. I got infinite Void uses because it'll always spawn a battery. I just so happened to consume My Little Unicorn as well, so I was completely invincible in every room.

I remember having broken the game with Blank Card / Jera on one floor. I had infinite soul hearts and batteries. "The Converter" was in the shop, and so was Potato Peeler. So :

1/ Peel peel peel
2/ Refill your soul hearts
3/ Convert those into red hearts
4/ Back to step 1

Infinite meat boys. Not the best combo I guess, but a definitely fun one.

strongest i ever got was Dr. Fetus + Glitter Bombs because you can basicly spawn an unlimited amount of chest on the chest/dark room using the broken dice.

Gnawed leaf+all auto attack item(fly,turret,etc,etc)

Every bosses can basically attack u on the same time yet all of them will be dead and u wont even lost anything

But it's boring

Tractor Beam + Lacryphagy + Pop! is pretty insane. When you have a high tear rate it's like having chainsaw that insta kills most everything.

I once get brimstone x ludovico x ipecac

I ended up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself over cause it would harm me each time I entered a room from the right side, but it absolutely wrecked everything it touched. If I had host hat/pyromaniac it woulda been a win run easily, and I can only dream about what having spoon bender on top of all that would have been like
