How do I switch tarot cards with starter pack?

Yea I get it sounds stupid, but I cant figure out for the life of me,

Default is CTRL on keyboard. It's the button listed as "Drop" on the key settings, hold it down for a bit to drop the cards and your trinket instead.

RT if you use a controller

Press ctrl to switch your cards/pills/runes.
Hold it down for approximately 4-5sec and you will drop them on the ground, as well as trinkets.

I know how to drop items, but thanks for telling me how to rotate items with starter deck.

Sadly this has no effect on the Tick, god I hate that thing, it REALLY likes dropping directly infront of doors or on top of me, effectively forcing it on me, it is such a pile of crap.

To be fair, they do that in real life, too :P Can't just decide not to get ticked
