The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
Mama Gurdy is possibly the cheapest boss in the entire series.
Mama Gurdy is the cheapest boss in the entire series besides maybe Wrath of the Lamb Issac and ???

Is there a way to dodge the spikes she produces from the ground? She gives no warning that they are coming up and they instantly appear unlike spike traps in rooms, which show where they are going to pop up at before they actually become active.

There is a warning, she pauses and begins to raise her hands and if you look carefully you can see the spikes starting to push up. Now it's still possible to get unlucky and be standing in a spot where your going to have no place to run without hitting a spike but usually I find that if your speed is good to average you can get to safety before they fully form. Now double Dingles on the other hand can be BS.

Double Gurdy Jrs are even worse.

What about Quad Gurdy Jrs on The Womb? It's damn near a run ender if you don't have decent items.
Honestly, I fought Mama Gurdy a few times without flying. And was GREATLY confused why her spikes rarely hit me when it looked like they did. Turns out, when they visually should hurt you, not necessarily when they will hurt you. You've got more time to gtfo then it looks like.
I'd say the most annoying boss is double Polycephalus. If you don't have great damage, prepare for a long fight of bullet barrages. One is annoying, two is infuiriating. Usually you can simply kite but it's not really an option since they won't appear, your forced to get close and both will ambush you around the same time.

The Bloat is the most cheapest boss ever

Homing Brimstone = BS

Double Gurdy Jr.s take the cake anyway.

Quadruple Adversaries in a 2x2 room, step up

Everything about Conquest is RNG, and you can get really screwed over. As for Adversary, his attacks are consistent. Stupid and broken, but consistent.
There you go with the "broken" term again. The homing brimstone shot is quite easy to dodge if you stand the other side of him.

The Homing Brimstone shot has almost no telegraph and quite frankly instantaneous. It's on a level of "YOU NEED TO BE PERFECT OR YOU'LL GET HIT K" that doesn't quite frankly fit the flow of the game. Like, you can play the game actually somewhat sloppy and still turn out okay, but one Double Adversary or very jumpy Mega Fatty and you're pretty much expected to dogde in a timeframe of what feels like a couple of frames worth of animation. I mean, at least Mega Satan does a small animation when he's about to fire his giant brimstone laser.

Honestly, haunt is easy - the little haunts are more annoying than the boss itself is, and you can handle them without taking a hit too with a bit of practice
Finally! someone else who thinks the haunt is easy too. I agree that doing one heart damage is a little unusual for a basement boss but he is one of the least aggressive bosses in the game as long as you aren't stupid and run to the top of the room without speed upgrades. I get more worried about fighting the two little haunts at the same time than the boss version. As for Mama Gurdy, yes the spikes can sure be a pain but she is hardly the cheapest because if you have flight the whole battle is a joke.
In my opinion, Dingle, Monstro, and Larry Jr. are the most predictable bosses. Someone on here said Dingle was cheap, but after my first time againist him, I learnt his attack pattern right away.

Though when fighting The Haunt, if you don't have good DPS the tiny Haunts will kill you.
-The haunt is easy, you just need patience sometime.
-Double advesary is BS if you don't have a high dmg output to take one out asap.
-Gurdy Jr is easy with pratice.
-Cage is BS, hp meat bag, i don't even talk about 3 or 4 of them in the dark room, run killer.
-Conquest is easy, tho he requires some game knowledge & sense.
-Polycephalus is BS when he appears right under you, but now it's w/e the best strat is to rush him when there is still the burrowing animation, he will get out instantly if you are close enough.

na for me the worst is def Cage x3 or x4, i know at this point i'm gonna die if I dont have something OP. Had also once all the horsemen in the same room @dark room, not a super hard fight (i was a lit broken tho) but rly fun lol.
With the Haunt, the worst part (IMO) are those three little ghosts. the haunt itself just requires patience and atteintion (for me).
The Adversary I have trouble with him still, but I think staying close to him is the best when he charges the homing brimstone, because it has always missed me when I did that.
Conquest is fine. Just don't stay close to him. Those Beams of light have always appeared in the center of the room and in the corners, for me at least.
The Cage is horrible for me. Specially when he makes the super jump and those homing earthquakes, or whatever they are called. Can't understand him.

Outta everyone, the worst for me is the Cage.
Double Cage in a tiny dark room/chest room.

Bye bye Dead Boy achievement!
I find the gurglings to be the cheapest of all the bosses. One microscopic ♥♥♥♥ up, and you're going to get hit for certain.

What throws me off most against them is how much they bounce from your shots so they can start at the bottom left and end up in the top right before done charging.
