There's Options
Recently (as in still doing at the time of posting) did a run with Samson and picked up the "There's Options" item from a store. Fought Lokii in the Womb, he drops his two items except for a problem, neither of the items are desirable to me. Well, earlier there was a Dice Room 4 that can still be used except for the second item (Pageant Princess) is sitting right against the boss entrance/exit door making it quite impossible to exit without picking up one of the items.

Obviously this doesn't happen all the time, but it has given me trouble in the past (saving and exiting after beating Mom before picking up one of the pictures forces me to take The Negative for example). Just seems like an easy fix to any issue like this would be to have There's Options arrange the two items horizontally and more towards the center of the boss room, rather than having one of them pushed right against the southern wall (on standard sized rooms).

Couldn't really spot anywhere that looked like a suggestion box (don't exactly use the Steam forums for much of anything) so figured a Discussion would be the best place to leave this.

Honestly, I never understood why they were aligned like that to begin with - it seems far more logical to use the same sort of horizontal line like what the shops, etc use - both of them simply on the horizontal line in the usual vertical position for a single item.

A have a feeling it's basically down to the 1st item position not being easily movable when spawning a second one or something (and then it looking a bit odd when one is central and one is off-centre to the left or the right), but placing it exactly where a south door can be is a rather silly too, and is worse from a gameplay perspective.

I've seen screenshots of items spawning at the west door space as well (though I've never seen this happen myself - I assume that's down to an enemy death position or something, in which case it's fair enough and easily avoidable), which also seems rather silly - the last place you want a random item to spawn is a spot that you're forced to walk through to leave the room if you want to explore the rest of the floor and lack a teleport item. Not every item is a purely positive one and some normally good items also have actively harmful synergies with other items, so it's not like there's a fair few scenarios where you may want to avoid certain items, even more so when you consider re-rolling with D6/dice rooms.

I always thought the items should be closer to the top of the screen in boss rooms instead of in the lower center, where I spend most of my time fighting a lot of those guys.
