Infinite bombs?

I'm new to this game but what happens if you get the item that turns your tears into bombs and the item the makes bombs shoot out your current tears? Will that just make infinite bombs in the room?

Chances are it'll just fire normal tears instead of bombs when a bomb explodes tbh. Otherwise you'd have an infinite loop bomb-filled nightmare room in no time.

That or it'll fire out bombs but those bombs won't have the same effect. I've not managed to find both in one run yet.

Thats pretty much what I thought, however I still really want to try it. Also what are the items called?

Dr Fetus turns your tears into bombs. And I've never heard of the other effect before o_o

^The 2 items are dr fetus and sad bombs, didn't think to mention the names when I responded, they're pretty specific effects though, so would be hard for people to confuse the descriptions with other items.

If you pick up Sad Bombs after picking up Ipecac then each time your first tear explodes, the tear will burst with Ipecac shots as it copies your tear effect.

I am thinking that if you drop a bomb you will get multiple bombs to explode out but those bombs will not repeat. Also you shooting bombs will just shoot regularly. Just my guess though.
