is it always 100% that you spawn as a blue baby ?

yes, and it's not broken, it's because of the lore. ??? is basicly undead, and so you are when you respawn with ankh

oh my bad, yea it seems from the wiki
"Resurrect as ??? when held. Gives chances to drop full red hearts when taking damage."

yea i saw that as too, but thats, why im asking, i was playing as lazarus, died, then i took this and died without resurection
