Mega Satan icon?

I've just beated him for the first time with Azazel thanks to an incredible amount of luck both for the build and for the secret room in the dark room that had Dad's Key, but do you get something else apart from the final ending?
I know there are no achievements, but, like, an icon on that character file? I see only the (dead) Satan head on my save file, is there something else? Maybe it's not showing up because I killed the Lamb first and then went straight to him?

I think that the devs tried to make him super secret by not adding achivements and such,also it would be a pain in the ass for 100%ers to have to kill him with every character.

You can also get a red outline for doing those things on Hard Mode (and you unlock co-op babies for beating Mom's Heart on Hard, and I think it is needed for the Plat. God achievements.)
