Just for curiosity, how many runs you did before to get the D6?
ATM, I'm at 25 run and NO D6. I usually die at "The Womb 2" ç_ç

I just took blue baby and tried to get it .... I achieved the D6 at my second run with it but i had some very OP Items so just hang in there ! :)

I needed a few tries without resetting (two I think) but heck, I'm at -43 for another certain unlock even though I made it before in a few tries (with first Treassure Room Resetting)... RNG ain't nice anymore

I got the ankh, revived as ??? and succeeded !

Do you mean the final run with ??? to actually unlock the D6? or all the runs from the start?

If it's only the ??? runs, then it took me 2 (technically 3 if you include ankh)
Got the bible on my last run. Apparently that's all I really needed.

Any tips to have a major chance to beat Isaac with ??? and unlock D6?

It helps to have a few of the more beefy items unlocked such as the Satanic Bible and Abaddon. Ohh, Abaddon. If you see that then jump on it, it's perfect for Blue Baby.

Considering you gain temporary invincibility every time you get hit since you have the Polaroid, abuse those few moments it lasts by hugging Isaac and dealing damage with any orbiting buddies you have or dropping a bomb near him. The only difficult phase is the second one, really. Avoiding the light barrage during the third one is much easier if you stand in the middle of the room and run to the opposite direction as soon as it begins.

i unlocked 2 days ago, and i was not even trying to unlock, i never look how to open itens, i just play and go finishing the game with all chars (sheol and heaven with all)

Because I played the first Binding of Isaac game before the Rebirth.
Just like the normal people.

i am just reset level before i get knife or other OP items(relic, dark bum, guppy head, rotten baby and etc)
much easier then in first binding of isaac.
