Steve not showing up

Anyone unloked Steve but never managed to meet him in a the basement/cellar? I tried about 50 times (for real) and I'm still missing him. it's quite annoying...

If someone have a seed I'll appreaciate if they share :)

Ok, so after 30 more games I foudn him. The seed is: 73F8 1D7R

thanks but does he always spawns the little steven? because i'm looking for the steven drop :/ ill try it 10 times and always get the same

If you are using the same seed each time, then he always will have the same drop. All drops, including pickups, are seed based. I think the machines/beggers can be random, but anything else is seed/unlock based (Obviously you can't have a seed with the stopwatch work if you don't have it, for example).

Great! Unfortunately you cannot get achievments using seeds :P

Using a seed prevents unlocking ANYTHING.

Except for The lost: you can die as Isaac (first step) using a seed. However you must end the game without using one

The actual unlock can't be done with a seed, just the death flags as they aren't actual unlocks (they aren't exactly permanent so they don't have the same seed protection).
