Unlocking ???'s items with Ankh
Do you unlock ???'s items when beating bosses with the Ankh generated ??? (Die as Isaac, respawn as ???) ?

I know that's how it worked in the original game, so I would want to say yes... But someone might want to confirm this.

Yes. Its how i got my D6. I was doing an Az run and got an Ankh, so i killed myself in Womb 2 to get the Mom's Heart kill and was able to kill isaac also.

Oh, that's sad. Was going to be better if: You die as Isaac with The Ankh, Respawn as ??? but still unlock isaac's secrets. Playing with the lost was going to be a lot easier.

Also works with judas's shadow for judas unlocks.

Kill the boss. Suicide with bombs. Kill boss again. Double unlcoks
