What Are These Items?!

I need help on getting all the items for platinum god, i still need to unloick a couple more things. I have been using platinumgod and the wiki's for help but i need to know what items i dont have!
This will be weird haw i put this.
I am going off the items board in-game and i will tell you the locations of all the items i have not yet found.

1 the item before magic mushroom
2 the item before skeleton key
3 the item before kamakazi
4 the item befote yum heart
5 the item before steven
6 the item ABOVE x-ray vision
7 the item ABOVE gamekid
8 the item before spleunker hat
9 ( next page) the item after the bean
10 the item after brimstone
11 the item before forget me now/pill
12 the item after holy water
13 (next page) the item after gimpy
14 the item before ball of tar (looks like black ball, third line)
15 the item that is on line 6, 4 one across
16 (last page) the item above broken/ripped photo

If you know any of the items, please put the number and what item it is!
