Does anyone else agree that " My Reflection " is just utter garbage?

I can't think of a good combination for it. It makes shot downs actually very harmful towards the chances of your succes while not providing much upside at all.

Agreed. Though I suppose it could have good synergy with other items.

I think its more usefull then the flash version and can take care of those knights you have to hit from behind.

Then again their AI was severely nerfed compared to the original so they are almost harmless.

I agree, in many cases it even manages to trick me into thinking I am being shot at or sometimes it can mask enemy tears.

There is a extremely powerful combination for my reflection.

For starters its kinda okay with Tiny Planet

but try it with : Mom's Knife, Quad Shot, Tiny Planet, My Reflection. Loki's Horn. Mom's Eye. A whirling 16 Knifes whirlstorm that goes back and forth

That combination is already strong enough with out My Reflection. Doesn't do a lot to speak up for it. A few times I decided to take it because I thought "eh, why not ". Turns out it either does nothing to help my run or it hampers it. More often than not, hampers it. Disliked it in Wrath of the Lamb and thought I'd give it a second chance in Rebirth. Turns out to be more of a handicap than anything else. I'm abandoning it

my reflection has one interesting use when you have good range, especially for fighting mom or it lives or the devil. You can collect a bunch of tears on the screen before the boss appears and much more tears will hit the boss at once, good example is the very first phase of the devil.
