The horseman in the Womb is always The Conquest

Does anyone else have same issue?
Cannot collect 4 cubes of meat or balls of bandages because of that.
It's so frustrating keeping Book of Revelations from the basement, refusing Bibles and Krampus Heads, but the 4th drop is always that useless White Pony.
I believe i've never encountered The Death. I don't even have the achievement "The Forgotten Horseman". Yet, it's always The Conquest in the Womb.

IMO they should give you the choice between ball of bandages, cube of meat and pony after a horseman boss

This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ achievement, I can't get the bandage girl after 20 hours of attempts with like 5 x 3 pieces and conquest*
1 x 3 pieces and Mr Fred
1 x 2 pieces

5 x meatcube start

Ironicly, I got those achievements on the save file which is not going for Platinum God. %)
Azazel is pretty good character for such achievement, because you can complete the entire game with him under 15-20 minutes.

Funny. I just got home and fired up the game and got Book of Revelations in the first treasure room, so I figured I'd give the SMB achievement a go. Fir st time I've really made an effort to do it and I got Death in the womb.

Well, I STILL have the same Issue. :D
130+ Hours.
Always Conquest.
Can't achieve damn Platinum Gods for weeks.
Frustration is what I'm made of.

It's the opposite for me, I can never get Conquest to spawn. He's rare for me.

I got Meat Boy one time, maybe was huge luck, but still never met conquest tho

Not really. As I mentioned before, I got Bandage Girl and Super Meat Boy on another save slot in literally few runs, even without Book of Revelations (what a luck). It was 15-16 November. And before there was a fix with cloud synchronizing my saves messed up.
Since then, after 5-6 weeks of playing each day, I can't do that again.
I have the achievements, but no secrets (and no 1 last item) unlocked.
I kinda feel like the biggest loser :D

I know there's nothing anyone could possibly do or advice, but I want to cry just a little.

By the way, too bad if you restart the 1st floor of any level with Dice Room #5 while having Book of Revelations, the same Horseman will not spawn the second time. That's quite frustrating too. :C

I guarantee 90% of people with RPG used a combination of this nature for those achievements. I did the same, but I had Kamikaze instead of ipecac for healing.
