No Damage Achievements

One of the best feelings in the world is not even trying to get a no damage acheivement and seeing that you unlocked it. I got dead boy by total accident. It was amazing.

Same here, I got the dead boy achievement by accident too, wasn't expecting to get that in Dark Room.

I got momas boy onlike my second run i was so happy haha, it took me ages to get them in BOI

I dont know but those achievements are so easy in new Isaac. I got mamas boy and caves boy by accident, didnt even trying. And while running in depths i got hit once and thought screw this, next time. Then killed mama and somehow dark boy still unlocked lol. Guess you are allowed to be hit in blue/black heart and only red hearts loss block the achievement, or maybe some item saved me somehow, well, i heard isaac pain sound for sure so no idea how.

I've heard two stories about that, either only red hearts count or you only need to NOT take damage on the second floor.

I managed Dead Boy......a few hours before patch 1.02 came out and fixed the achievement, soooo it wasn't awarded :( oh well. Haven't had a run solid enough to regain it yet, almost though.

Yeah, just about every single no damage achievement I got I had Holy Mantle on. Especially the Chest no damage run. I had shielded tears + anti-gravity tears + massive tears + holy mantle. Even the stupidest ♥♥♥♥ wasn't gonna hit me that run.

I also think they are easier to get that in the first isaac. I got all the no damage achievement without really take care about how I was playing. So of course I got the experience from isaac (with this damn dark boy achievement especially ^^) and the big difference in the new isaac is that we have more shield objects (like the leaf, the cheated object when your tears are a circle of lasers)
