How do I make Sheol appear 100% of the time?
I've been there several times. On one run I was op with Mom's Knife ready to go kill Satan, but there was no way for me to get to Sheol. I went to every single room trying to get a telepill or The Joker so I could go to the devil room, but it didn't work. It was really annoying. I want to know how to get the hole to Sheol 100% of the time.

Kill the heart 10 times and get both cathedral and sheol every time.

Do you have it lives yet? If you did not get that achievement then sheol will not show up 100% of the time. If you have then your game might be bugged.

Because they heard about this game coming out and didn't want to bother with the first or simply because they didn't know about it? Who the hell cares why. Things don't even all unlock the same in this one as they do in the original.

I got Platinum God in og Isaac so trust me I played quite a bit. Also I didn't know if unlocks worked the same way they did in og BoI.

Goat's Head always spawns an Angel or Devil room, so that item guarantees access to the next level even before you get 10 Mom's Heart kills.

You can also get to Sheol by using we need to go deeper in the womb 2. But yeah to get the chance to go to Sheil/Cathedral every time you first have to unlock It Lives.

Because Rebirth is the remake (or rebirth, if you will) of the original game, so why would you play the original if you can play a bigger, better game?

I've got It Lives now so I will always get that chance. Plus I despise the shovel. I've never been able to use it effectively in og BoI or Rebirth.
