Can't unlock Loki's Horn

I want to unlock it and do challenge #11 but it won't unlock. I've killed Loki countless times :l
Is it a bug? or am I doing something wrong?

Wait, Loki's horns are unlocked from challenge 11? I have them already and that challenge is still locked

Wait for him to spawn as a boss fight either in depths/necro 1 or womb 1.

I actually saw him and unlocked it in the end, I guess Lokii is just very rare. xD

I unlocked the horns the other day, but I didn't get the achievement. I assume I encountered him in the womb not the depths lol.
