I actually found out this myself in a later run where I somehow - again - got Forget me Now in boss rush. The best part of this run was that when I re-did the Depths II, I did it so fast that I was able to enter Boss Rush .. AGAIN, and fight again for new items.
It only got better in the chest when I got Undefined and was able to enter I Am Error room four or five times - where each entry would reset the chest. Needless to say - most op run ever.
I got into Necropolis XL. In one of the item rooms I found Forget Me Now. And two rooms later I found reroll room with the number 5 (if you don't know what it does - forget me effect :). I grabbed one of those teleporting cards (the moon) and went to fight mom. I defeated her and I grabbed Polaroid. I teleported away, took Forget Me Now and went to 5 room.
It spawned me in Necropolis 1, so I defeated 2 floors and went to mom again. After killing her I took Negative. Then I used Forget Me Now :P
The third mom kill gave me the same damn options - either polaroid or negative :D So I took polaroid again and I went all the way down to finish the game.
Having both pictures is dope as hell, especially if you have only spirit hearts. It makes it so upon getting hit you gain both effects (polaroid shield + negative black heart damage)
