Bad synergies you've found?

Be it a combination you thought would be amazing but ended up sucking big time, or something you knew would be bad, but wanted to try just for curiosity sake, what are some item combos that are either utterly useless, a total hinderance, or just a massive disappointment?

For me, it was ipecac + lost contact. I hadn't put the pieces together in my head that the tears would explode on contact with projectiles

As I said on another topic, Ipacac + Mom's eye because you can blow you up easily.

Brimstone + Anti-gravity, you can stay at a safe distance with them, but it took me 10 minutes to clear a ghost room because it take 3x as long to charge, and the enemy can be long gone.

A dice room gave me the worst combo ever: Monstro's lung + quad shot + something that gave me low range (don't know what item it was) + magnetic tears. All these tears pulled everything in the room to me and I got hit in 90 % of the rooms. Still a fun run

When I completed Head Trauma, I ended up getting circle worm. Instead of orbiting tears, the worm spin got applied to the math in insane ways - I basically had a huge square area of rapidly moving tears. Thankfully I also got Common Cold - that saved my run. I had to basically walk into a room tears blazing and just avoid getting hit. Eventually everyone died by math.

Not exactly a "bad" synergy, but Libra and Taurus don't work very well together. Isaac still gets redder and redder (so red he turns almost black if you wait long enough), but the unicorn/chariot effect never triggers unless you have a base speed high enough for it to start automatically. I think Libra tries to "balance" the speed boost into other stats, but it felt like it capped out at a very slight tear/damage boost.
