Bug: Cinematic volume does not conform to set options.
I have my music and sound effects set to 1 bar and when the cinematics play they are LOUD AS HELL. Maybe check that out? Thanks.

As a workaround, try turning the volume up ingame and then turning it down in the Windows volume mixer instead, should hopefully lower the video volume as well.

Yeah I mean, obviously there are easy workarounds, I'm just letting them know that this is a bug and they should fix it. As much as I love the windows volume mixer's ability to do per-program mixing, if a game forces me to use it, the game is failing to appropriately handle audio.
