If you enter the Angel Room to the cathedral, and leave, will it despawn?

I'm curious, theres a few soul hearts that I want to pick up outside of the boss room

Unless you have the Goat Head or the Book of Belial, angel and devil rooms will usually close once you leave them.

why wouldnt u pick them up before u went in an angel room? brain power isnt used with this one

Yes it is...I had full hearts, so I could not pick them up ...
