Proptosis + Technology 2?
I wonder if tech laser does more damage when picked up with proptosis. If no, is it deals more damage when enemy is closer to isaac?

Proptosis doubles your damage with Brimstone, no matter the distance. It should work the same for Technology 1 and 2 I think.

Technology 2 is absolute garbage. If anything makes it better it's worth picking up.

On it's own it can be a bit meh, but combine it with a few things like strange attractor or any effect that rolls a chance per attack (any status effect or guppy) and it's amazing.

Tech 2 is one of my favorites, just like the fella above me said, while alone it's not that great(still comfortable as ♥♥♥♥ tho), but when you take some damage ups it's really, really good

Just used it and Proptosis increased the Tech 2 damage and had the usual effect on the tears coming from the left eye at short range.

This thread is 15 months old, before Afterbirth, which came with alot of synergy-changes and audjustments, like Brimstone+Rubber Cement or Mom's Knife-Lump of Coal which all didn't worked pre-Afterbirth.

Proptosis+Technology 2 or anything really, that overrides tears now works as you'd think with less DMG over range.

i think that its actually good also on characters like cain its like tech laser but infinity also add items like playdough cookie or 3 dollar bill and you get very good damaging
