Advice for Suicide King

I have all challenge-related achievements, except for Suicide King. Does anyone have advice on how to play it, specifically in the fight against Isaac?

Well, you can try dozens and dozens of times to do it legitimately, or you can *cheese* it by getting pyromaniac or getting an item which overwrites the Ipecac, like the Brimstone or the Mom's Knife... It depends if you want an extra-easy or a very hard & not interesting challenge.^^

You can cheese it by getting Magic Fingers(assuming you have money for it),because of how it scales from DMG stat and you have ipecac that gives you a lot of damage,you'll kill enemies instantly on use and bosses in a matter of seconds by spamming it.

Honestly, it's not that hard. The trick is ipecac will explode even if its shadow hits an enemy. Keep your distance and watch its shadow and you can be way more accurate with your shots. Took me two tries, no devil deals.

I finished by having guppy ( guppies head specifically), and a crapload of damage. Otherwise it was an huge pain.

Get an item that overrides ipecac.

To be honest I used Chaos Card to beat Isaac (boss) but you really just have to figure out how to shoot the ipecac so it will hit the enemy and not come back at you. It's tricky but once you get used to it it's easy. Be relatively close to the enemy but not too close to the point you'll get hurt too. Just find that distance and you are good to go.

You can always try your luck by entering a Dice Room with 1 or 6 pips on the floor. They reroll whatever items you have equipped.

Since your ipecacs home back at you, you'd want to stay away from your shots as far as possible. Shot speed is your best friend.

Also, remember that you start off with Mr. Mega. If you've got plenty of bombs, use them! Mr. Mega bombs have roughly a 50% bigger blast radius and almost double the damage.
