It clears almost any normal room for three coins. That ain't bad.

Get polyphemus- Kills every single room in 3 coins.
I got it with a humbling bundle once. That was an easy run.

Specifically, Magic Fingers deals 2 times your character's damage to everything that is currently damagable in the entire room per coin spent. This means it's very strong with things like Polyphemus or Ipecac.
