I can't unlock Azazel
I made 3 deals with the devil in 1 run (it wasn't challenge or seeded) and still didn't unlock Azazel. I had the goat head, does that stop the unlock?

What i'm guessing, yes because i didn't have goat head when unlocking azeal

Note, did you go into the angle room?

What i'm guessing, yes because i didn't have goat head when unlocking azeal

Note, did you go into the angle room?
No I didn't, I thought it was just devil rooms, was I supposed to?

No I didn't, I thought it was just devil rooms, was I supposed to?
No, you only need to go to the devil rooms, but did you SEE a angle room? If so,then you don't get azeal, just get azeal naturely

No, you only need to go to the devil rooms, but did you SEE a angle room? If so, you know how if you don't do deals with the devil, you get angle rooms, but if you do make deals with the devil, then you will get devil rooms, no angle rooms, so because azeal is a devil, he made deals with the devil, so he never seen a angle room, what i think anyways...
No I didn't see an angel room.

Just get him natturaly, try again

Please don't make a claim that goat head stops azazel unlock, because i got him on my second save file with goat head.
Your games sounds like they could be severely glitched if so
Did you use Credit Card?
Did you have Judas' tongue?
And more that could help to know

No and No. I can't think of anything else aside from the goat head that would affect it. I was playing Samson if that affects anything.

What were the items in your devil room?
Did you make the 3 deals all in the same room?
Do you have any mods?
And i don't know if Samson prevents it, but i did the azazel unlock with Isaac the second save file and Maggie on the first save file

I did not make all 3 deals in the same room, each room only had 2 available, maybe thats it?
1st room: Goat head + red chests
2nd room: Rotten Baby & Dark Bum
3rd room: Contract from below and ♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon

No mods.

I don't know, but when i unlocked it on both save files i got stupidly lucky and got all 3 deals in the same room
It should work despite that but hmm..

I think if you make a pact for 3 hearts in the same room, you unlock Azazel.
