Beating Satan not counting.
I beat Satan as Cain, but there's no smbol for it when I go to character selection and it didn't say anything about the bomb bag being unlocked. I even got the cutscene and I have screenshots to prove it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not sure, I was trying out seeds but it they weren't giving what people said they would. Might've been one of those attempts.

If it was, that's your problem :)
If it wasn't giving what people said they would, then you don't have the item in that seed unlocked so it turned into another one(?)
Or it seems that seeds from old patches have changed(unconfirmed)

Seeds make it so nothing counts. Kinda lika a pratice play of sorts. You know, like beating a friends time on the same seed or messing with cool synergys.

Ok it was probably on a seed then. I wish there was more than just a tiny and unmarked symbol showing that ;otherwise, I wouldn't have wasted that awesome run. Using the seed didn't even help since I wasn't getting the items people said it would give :-(
