Item Synergy discussion thread!

I wanna hear about some of the really cool synergies you've had. Whether they're simply ascetically pleasing, or if they're really strong! Also, share your negative ones, to help others know to avoid certain items! Here's mine.

Ludovico Technique + The Parasite: Your hovering hsot spawns split shots nearly non-stop, the entire time you have it hovering on the enemy, or any item that a tear can 'affect,' be it fire, a bomb, poop, or otherwise.

Ludovico Technique + Rubber Cement: Your hovering tear becomes a moving shield. Put it on an enemy, and any shot that originates from the center of their body, like the Gate's glowing purple fires, becomes completely harmless.

Brimstone + Mutant Spider: You get four lasers at once! It takes forever to fire, but you fire four at once, and they do SO MUCH DAMAGE!

Brimstone + Tammy's Head: You get a once-per-room 8-way super laser. It is devastating, and utterly game-breaking, later on.

Brimstone + Scorpio: Your lasers turn green! Who cares about the poison, GREEN LASERS!

Brimstone + Spoon Bender: Your laser becomes purple, which is already awesome, but curves to hit any enemy in the area! It is utterly amazing against bosses.

That's all I have! Have any of you guys found any really good combinations?

EDIT: I just got an amazing combo! Pyromaniac + Bob's Brain: Bob's Brain, which is usually useless as hell, for it's random damage to you, now heals you if it hits you! It not only damages enemies, but it will heal you for whatever damage you take, and it respawns during fights, making it a completely reusable source of health during boss fights!

Ludovico + Brimstone/technology - Circle of death. 'Nuff said. Spoon bender makes it autonomous.

Monstro's Lung + Chocolate Milk - A barrage of super high damage tears.

Split shot(can't remember the item name) + Loki's Horns + Cricket's Body + Rubber Cement - Bullets everywhere.

Ipecac + Soy Milk (also obtainable by getting a million damage upgrades and then getting Virgo) - A barrage of explosive shots. Very fun and surprisingly powerful.

Blank Card + Nun's Habit + Lovers' Card/Hierophant - Basically infinite health up until the Womb. Works wonders with blood banks, demon judgements and if you're Samson, you can really up your power immensely for no cost. It WILL work for infinite health on the womb if you can also pick up Maggy's Bow (that's an instant won run there, as each hit essentially heals what you lose).

Bob's brain useless? Random dmg you take? You, my good sir, are very wrong. It is such a strong item, used even to speedrun. Yeah, it is risky, but if you know how to play with it, you'll NEVER get damaged by it.

Brimstone + mom's knife. Shoot out one knife and a split sec later 10 knifes shoot out unlimit range.

I do declare: Mutant Spider (Quadshot) + Homing Tears. Anything works on that.

If we're talking about special synergies (like Brimstone + Tammy's Head), I'd say Epic Fetus + Mutant Spider + Loki's Horns, along with lots of damage upgrades for bonus power.
If it's non-specific, Death's Touch + Sacred Heart + Godhead. Abused the tendency of runs and rerolls trying to give you items recently unlocked ASAP for that one. Even have a pic of it for proof.

Also, to the guy who said that Bob's Brain is useless, it's not. It's just super risky to use, so people often skip it.

On my first Godhead run, I had Ludo, death's touch and a lot of DMG.
Basically a huge circle of light covering more than a half of a normal room.

Dude, I just did a run and i got missing no. final floor was guillotine+mysterious liquid+ 20/20 + Max damage and shot speed + and the added effects of soy milk the true machine gun

Chocolate Milk + Cupid's Arrow (or any item that grants piercing shots) + Lost Contact
-A fully-charged shot destroys enemy bullets and doesn't stop.

Monstro's Lung + Ipecac
-You vomit a barrage of explosive shots.

Brimstone/Technology + Ludivico Technique
-AKA "The Bane of All Xbox 360s"

Infestation 2 (The one that spawns spiders after killing enemies) + Dr. Fetus + Inner Eye + A crapton of DMG ups
-Demolish everything in your path with bombs as your spider underlings pick of the remaining forces.
