I may have spelled it wrong, but do 'tears up' increase it's movement speed? Or is that static? Also, are there any stats that affect Brimstone, Technology, and this thing other than damgae up?

For Ludovico technique, shot speed controls its movement speed. I believe Tears increase how often it deals damage, but don't quote me on that.

Technology is affected by Tears, which determine how often the thing hits (it's not a constant damage dealer, but a bunch of fast little hits).

Brimstone is also affected by Tears, but in this case it just affects the charge time.
