Spacebar item is more accurate as you activate it with a spacebar.
Unicorn Stump: okay, damaging orbitals are not THAT rare, but still.
Blank Card: dropped my decent space bar item on the Basement II in hopes of finding good cards or even having game breaking potential at bay. Found a Lovers card on Depths II and nothing more than that till end game. << That's what's going to happen 90% of the time you get Blank card without a good card to go with it in hand. Basically dead item most of the time.
Tammy's Head: Decent damaging tool for every room, but when having only base tears, in most rooms i'd rather use normal shots than having to wait 1-2 seconds without being able to attack.
Again, all three items have really great potential, but they stay at that most of the time. They're combo items and should never be replacement to your already decent space bar item WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ANOTHER PIECE OF A COMBO.
Other than that, good job on the list :)
