Platinum God
I'm working on the platinum god achievement, and I've found that online sources are pretty sketchy about how to actually get it, aside from a vague sense that you need to "do everything." I have two major questions:

1. Do I need to kill all the bosses and do the boss rush for every character, or just beat the chest? How exactly does that work?

2. Do I need to get all the achievements for The Lost?

Any other words of wisdom are appreciated. I'm at Golden God now and have beaten Satan with 5 of the characters (Judas, Cain, Isaac, Azazel, and ???)

EDIT: Played Azazel for the first time the other day, and I got to the boss rush and beat Satan on my first try. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ character . . .

Unlock and Collect (In game) all the items besides The Lost and his unlockables.

Unlock everything in the game, (yes this means all achievements) then collect all items.
The real platinum god and platinum god achievements are the same except for one thing....
Platinum god = Everything except lost related items.
The real platinum god = EVERYTHING including the lost.
