Guppy's Paw (Soul Converter) OP?

recently i started doing many achievement runs and i have been seeing guppy's paw alot this item turns 1 red heart into 3 faith hearts,it has made hard runs extremely easy what are your guys opinion on it?

The fact that you're waisting a heart for faith hearts, not really. I hate waisting them for 3 faith hearts. Rather use them on the Deal with the Devil.

yes but you can turn a standard 3 heart run into 9 fait hearts on the second stage,plus if you have dark bum you can pretty much have infite health,aswell as the character Eve benefits largely from having low health if you have 0 red hearts ♥♥♥♥♥ of babylon will always be in effect doubling your damage at all times

This, soul heart deals are usally more expensive and lesser payout.
Besides it not like you can easily regain soul hearts like red hearts
You also have a cap of 12 hearts making not much of a difference.
Don't go talking about dark bum either, that's like saying "nerf rare good items hue".
Plus if it was op don't you think edmund would've changed in the remake already?

Guppys paw is not op, It's just some item you find every now and again which turns 1 heart container into 3 soul hearts along with progress towards guppy.
