Haven't found it often, tbh. Also, only in Devil Rooms. It's rather rare, though, probably since it was so overused in Vanilla.

It's also not very good unless you got some synergy. With Tammy's head you oneshot every boss except the last.

I think I only found it, like, twice this far.
Devil has always crappy items or 3 red chests to me.

Found it quite a lot so far, and I always grab it, but more often I see lower cost items in the devil room. Maybe the 1 heart pool is a larger portion of the total now so it shows up less, percentage-wise, or maybe that's just been my experience. Still, in however many hours I've played (50 ish?) I've gotten it at least a dozen times if not more.

whenever you get the opportunity pick up the Goat Head as it almost guarantees a Devil room(sometimes an Angel room) after defeating the boss. It doesn't increase the spawn rate for Brimstone but the more Devil rooms you visit the more chances you have of getting Brimstone

Powerfull items such as Brimstone or Flight spawns in the devil's room not so often now.

I've found Brimstone twice without seeds and five times with seeds.

I think they made it rarer to nerf it somewhat.

I have not found Mom's Knife yet. I don't know if you need to unlock it.

it's not almost, it will always force the spawn of a devil or angel room except @1st floor : )

And yea, brimstone is quite rare in rebirth!

Found it once when completely new to the game, couldn´t handle the charging.
Thought it sucked. Now after playing with Azazel a couple of times I know better. ;)
