Really amazing. Ran it with Eve, all the items are perfect match with each other.

I recommend playing Azazel, the first treasure room has a stompy and the 1st basement boss is little horn. You acquire the pentagram after the fight, you then acquire mom's wig in the second treasure room. In the 2nd basement make sure to break every rock with stompy because there is a secret ladder, in it is a ghost enemy and a sister maggy. You will also find a broken magnet, in the boss room you will fight Rag Man and obtain a box there will also be a demon door. That is enough spoiling! Find the rest out your self!

A43F PVQT Hardmode,suggest playing as Isaac.You can get extra random tears (fruit cake and 3 dollar bill) on the first two floors,that can become kinda op.on the boss fights you get items such as pentagram,and via Satan you can become guppy before entering utero

Really op seed, I used azazel and dominated bosses from basement 2 I believe (kinda forget)
About this seed, just don’t afraid to go deeper, spend coins on those slot machine, take some random pills (map 3 or some like that, i got 3-4 “health up” pills) and teleport stuffs because they bring me the “I’m ero” room and got the ending that isaac went missing (my English is bad, deal with it :)

MZN4 LQ08. Greed mode.
I played as Cain and most of the run was a big joke. Spend a few coins early on to change the items in the store and got Cancer. After that i kept being bombarded with RoF and dmg items. I ended up with a deadly machine gun of tears that destroyed everything. Only made 2 devil deals (both for dmg), causing me to end up with 3 red hearts in the end. Blue hearts however showed up quite a lot.
I've only had 3 Ultra Greed kills so far but this was without a doubt the fastest.

Played this Seed right after a big pause of this game.
I played Afterbirth+, on a complete safefile and on Hard Mode.
I didn't cheat or break the game, like with Blank Card Jera. Just 100% luck.
Also please respect, that you probably won't get EVERY Item on the "Best Items" list, you probably will reroll something different, miss a Devil Deal...

-play with Isaac

-on one of them there will be a contract from below. GET IT
-reroll every bad Item as much as possible
-at the Cathedral, one room over the starting room there is a bagger, pay him and reroll till you get Cricket's Head (this might take a bit)
-don't get Mom's Knife! Just don't...
