Perhaps not the most OP seed but I beat Delirium with the Keeper with it.
One of the first (or the first?) Sacrifice Room will give you the Godhead.
Also god Swallowed Penny early somewhere.
You can get an HIV Bag, Book of Shadow, Battery Baby, Diplopia, 48 hour energy, Gulp pills + a few more good things.
It is possible to become Guppy but I forgot if you need Key Begger for that. ^^;
