One words. Money, This combines a ♥♥♥♥ ton of soul hearts in later levels with the piggy bank and a balls of steels pills (two soul hearts on use). This also provides a ton of damage, tear, and speed boosters. Its crazy fun to play with. I recommend using Isaac for this.

12WT 167T, hard mode

Death's Touch + Cricket's Body is pretty strong. Using the 5 dice room to reroll necropolis 2 gives you pupula duplex in the treasure room if you bought more options earlier on. There is a Head of the Keeper fairly early on but i cant remember where. The chest has curse of the blind but there's inner eye and chocolate milk in there somewhere.

Not extremely op, but a fun (read: doable) run for keeper! I didn't make boss rush or blue womb so no idea what those are like.

Crazy Greed Mode Run. Get Hepta Shot (7), Specrtal, Charge Tears with flight and Insane attackspeed through Chocolate Milk.
( You can play as Isacc and Reroll unwanted Rewards to becoming even more lunatic )

Seed: TFQ3RPA9 Greed Mode

Chocolate Milk - Grants charged tears that deal greater damage when fully charged. Tear damage scales from approximately 30% damage at minimum charge to 400% damage at full charge.

Mutant Spider - Grants a quadruple shot.

The Inner Eye - Grants a triple shot.

The Parasite - Tears turn sickly brown and split on impact with walls or enemies.

Spirit of the Night - Grants spectral tears and flight.

"The Dream": Tech X + Mom's Knife + Brimstone

And Stopwatch + Holy Mantle for good measure. Oh and Inner Eye, if you start as Eden.

No single DMG UP, in fact, i had way less DMG at the end of the run, thanks to Tech 2, (DMG stat was 1) yet it was one of the easiest, most overpowered builds, i've had. Man, Spoonbender wouldn've made it perfect, tho.

The first Devil Room (floor 2) is a bust (Kramp-O), but the one on floor 4 and beyond have what your heart so desires. Thanks to good old Krampus, you may end up with an Angel Room run instead, so fingers crossed.

Seed/Afterbirth: 37GG TVYN

Tractor Beam + Continuum + Death's Touch + Proptosis + Holy Light + Cancer-Trinket + Guppy Transformation + Leviathan Transformation

And high stats up the wazoo.

Pretty much the single most powerful run i ever had so far - Tammy's Head/Brimstone ain't got shiznit on this (Fun fact, you can find Tammy's Head and Brimstone in this seed as well, if that's what floats your boat).
Boss Rush? 20 seconds tops. Hush? Like 30 Seconds. Everything else's death can be missed by blinking. Thanks to Tractor beam + Continuum, instead of your shots coming out from the other side of the room, they'll re-appear right in front of your face and quickly stack up.

Re-Roll the first floor's Item room to get Tractor Beam and the first floor's boss item into Squeezy. Upon entering floor 2, go up for a Golden Chest containing Cricket's Head. Proprosis will wait for you in the treasure room and Death's Touch on the same floor's devil room. Pick up Guppy's Paw as well, then re-roll it to get Lord of the Pit.

Make sure you keep 5 coins on you, before entering the 6th floor to get an arcade to spawn. It will be a few rooms before the Mom-fight. Blow up the fortune-teller in there for Cancer.
The second Guppy-item will be the 4th floor's devil room, alongside Abaddon. If you wanna become Guppy, there's a devil room with 3 items either on Womb 1 or 2, which you need to re-roll.

Heres one; DRYFKHGF. Start as isacc and reroll the first item room (I think its the first room) and you get moms knife then you must unlock the top right (maybe bottom) chest in the battle room. get loki's horns in one of the item rooms. stick to angel rooms for lots of hearts. also get even more options from rerolling some of the shops on the floor with fate.
