HVZC AYVT -- pick azazel, it has ludo tech in it. But remember, ignore the second double-locked room, it will ruin your run. Also, lots of keys, bombs and gold, in one of the stores you can buy "save your life" jar for $15

BKF8 1FTF Hard mode. Play as Isaac (Yes you need the D6, sorry.)

First item room has remote detonator. You can choose between Poly-phemus, (By re-rolling it without picking it up.) or death's touch (By re-rolling it after picking it up, and putting it back down.)

2nd floor, treasure room has Monstro's lungs. (Don't reroll, the results are crazy with either first item)Also 3 batteries, 1 is in the shop. Re-roll steam sale (Get steam-sale by bombing the middle dead body in the secret room.) into 1-up, then Pyromaniac. Mom's coinpurse has bombs are key, so you can decide whether you want keys or bombs for the rest of the run.

If you want to, you can reroll the treasure room on the first floor into Eve's mascara. How many times does it take? I dunno, but I know you need the sharp plug in the shop. Very fun seed, but I recommend death's touch since Polyphemus takes forever with Eve's Mascara, not so long with death's touch.

and a Blank card Jera run, on one shop theres a battery for sale if you Blank card that then use the battery thus multiplying the keys again with the keys your set for the chest.Blank Card the starting room until at 128 chests open it all then pick up the D6 reroll any items that you dont want if you didnt take too many youll get dads key..My first Mega ♥♥♥♥♥ kill!
Btw if you save at the start of the chest then while Ending 16 plays shut off the game instantly (close the window,shut off the computer,etc) You can redo the chest and it will count as 2 Wins!

Best seed I've ever encountered, so far.

Isaac and D6 required.

first treasure room D6's into a magic mushroom, tinted rock on first floor (plenty of bombs) gives a small rock. first boss drop is the halo. 2nd floor treasure room give a monstro's lung, devil room gives pentagram, and the dark bum. 3rd floor treasure room is mitre, boss room, the screw. do what you want from there, you have stupid damage and ridiculous blue heart generation.

Trapdoors are random. It is unlikely to get the same one twice.

I don´t think they are. As long as you play with the same character. I had a Judas seed and didn´t know about "R" (Aka.: Fast restart) back then. So I went back to the main menu everytime and "manually" restarted. Well, I got that 20/20 trapdoor every time :D

DGIE GP2G, normal mode, get Joker card out of the tinted rock in the 2x2 room, make sure you have the Ace Card trinket that drops before you do so. And make sure you're Isaac, there's no other bomb on the entire floor. Also, there's mom's knife if you're into that.

F7JV SE8Q - Blue Baby, first item room Scapular, Blank Card + Habbit + Temperence / Judgement / Wheel of Fortune gives infinite money, hearts, bombs, every trinket/shop/devil pool items with ability to get angel rooms starting floor 3 through Utero 1 (and a Joker card for either Cathedral/Chest - haven't checked dark room path) Chest contains Undefined for limitless item room pool items (The pill rotation lets you max out luck and with gimpy and wafer + habit you can fill the charge infinitely)
