The effect is a 50/50 chance of living when you die but I feel like it's a lie or broken because every single time I've had it I live after dying the first time but I always stay dead the second time. Does this happen to anybody else?

Edit: I understand now, I just happened to get the same process over and over and over.

I've had 5 resurrections in a row. But with half a heart your run is as good as over ...

I think it may also be related by the luck stat but I may be wrong cause I survived 4 times in a row when I was testing it with lazuras, and my second time getting it didn't even get the second chance.

I've literally revived 12 times in a challenge run

I've had 4 resurrections. But it's tricky. If u want to be sure u should better use dead cat.

the whole resurrect items ability are the worst of all i think ... if you die to hard bosses what will you do with 1 heart ?.... just let it end...

the only good thing is the ank thing with 3 soulhearts

1 up mushroom and the ank (as you said) resurrect you with more than 1 heart.

These items are very useful for some characters like Judas or Blue Baby. For example u can use Suicide King card easily.

I stumbled upon a glitch, I COULDNT DIE but i couldnt defeat the green headles horseman with only half a heart probably abou 8 resurections until rage quit.
