Or whatever you've bound Drop to, it's RT if using a controller.

Tapping the same key will let you swap cards/pills if you have two slots.

e: Also the Tick cannot be dropped or swapped.

Thanks, this is what I was looking for. I play with a controller. Can't believe I tried pretty much every other button.
