Does anyone know if it scales with tear damage or its just really powerful? Because i one shoted it lives and was able to take about 80% of isaacs health and i had full tear power.

I pretty sure it don't scale with tear damage.

It's pretty good but there are better spacebar items and I find it annoying that you get the head like 95% of the time now. Lump of Coal would be much better on many runs, but it's always the stupid head.

[Breed]

It's one of the better activable items, clears some of the most annoying rooms with the tap of space bar.

It pretty much also one-shots most bosses even if just one beam hits them.
