No damage in the depth achievement

So I'm trying to get this with Azazel and I'm good at avoiding damage only up to the point in mom. After her first stomp and she starts spawning enemies, I killed them but some of them causes explosions and I took damage from it. Anyone know what enemy this is spawned from mom?

Probably the mosquitos they do that...

Your easiest route to doing that, is to secure the bible in the shop (15c)... instantly wins the mom and mom's heart fights

Aside from that if your lucky, you spawn in womb, find a shovel asap, dig, repick up your bible, then use an emperor card and hit space and its done...

The bugged one is the chest / depths no damage... I've done it three times with two different characters and it hasn't popped the unlock...

So the Depths no damage is bugged then? No wonder...ugh.

The Bible is defintiely the easiest way to do it by far. Just activate it and mom dies before she even spawns. XD

I have gotten the Caves a couple times too right up to the 2nd boss. Then I would be just standing there unpaused int eh room before and take some sort of phantom damage after clearing the room. Like an invisible bomb would take a heart from me. XD

You mean the boom fly? Does mom spawn those too?

Depths no damage can't be bugged because I got the achievement for it 2 days ago.

I inadvertently got this (and Momma's Boy) as Azazel; radioactive spider for quadruple-stacked short brimstone shots; then throw a Tammy's Head to surround yourself in a lazer circle that can nearly one-shot Isaac in Cathedral.

On topic, it might have been those diagonal-moving fat flies with the "0w0" look on their faces. Forgot the name, but they're big n' bad. Mom spawns a bunch of enemies, pretty much all pre-Wrath of the Lamb from the original BoI. (There was a champion version of Mom that spawned WotL only enemies, not sure if that carried over into Rebirth or not)
