That's an impressive lifespan for a fetus.

The fact that Dark Hearts deal more damage than Dr. Fetus bombs is extremely concerning.

That being said, Quad Shot Fetus is awesome.

Strangely enough, getting any poison upgrade (doesn't matter if it's for tears or bombs) restores it to bomb damage, making it amazing again.

I do think the base damage needs to be fixed though, it's ridiculously low right now.

It is nerf due to abilitynto upgrade and synergize with other items i guess

Synergies are good, but the main problem with synergies, is that you obviously need to get them first. This game has way more items than the first one, and how often did you get, say, Book of Revelations + Wafer + Habit combo? It was incredibly good, but it was pretty unlikely to get it, and in Rebirth, such a specific combo would be pretty hard to get.

So, synergies are good, but I think it's not quite enough to justify such a hard nerf

Fetus in a Jar was just turned into a tear modifier. Meaning its damage scales with your's. Personally I think that was a really good call on their part.

Dr Fetus + Ludovoco + Triple Shot would like a word with you.
It was on Azazle too, what a funking run.

Is Judas guaranteed to get it every run? I've played 5 runs since I unlocked it and three of those were Judas runs where Foetus in a jar was the first item.

It always scaled, just wasn't as noticable since bomb damage was so much higher than your tear damage was likely to ever get. If you turn on show damage numbers in Spidermod it basically tacked on bomb damage after all the other calculations if I recall correctly. I do agree that the nerf was justified though
