Free Abaddon, Dark Bum and The Pact (I think...) because of Credit Card in Basement II.
In the starting room of Caves I or it's alternate floor, there is a challenge room. Touching the Cursed Chest furthest from the door will give you an Angel Room with Sacred Heart.
You find multiple damage ups throughout the run, as well as Cricket's Head in a Chest in the Womb, and Tough Love in the Boss Rush room. This run was hilariously overpowered, even though I wasn't really one-shotting anything. I was just obliterating everything in every room I entered.
Breath of Life does appear in an Angel Room on Necropolis I, which is a direct middle finger to a good run.

Fourth Floor: Roid Rage (treasure); Meat (Boss); Contract From Below/Gimpy (choose one or the other! Devil)

Fifth Floor: D4 (Do not get; treasure); Mom's Heels (Boss); Goat's Head (Devil)

try Y142JGAS. All you have to do is walk in a room, stop moving, and once you get the leaf and daddy's love, you just have to stand still.
I made it through both layers of the womb and past the sheol without taking damage. I also killed the devil without doing a thing. You can actually play the game normally because of the OP items and beat the devil, but I was too lazy.

Mom's Knife + Sacred Heart + other dmg ups = Something I like to call, The Holy Knife
Also if you have unlocked The Soul, you will find it on Cellar II, also by seeing that I mentioned Sacred Heart, dont take that Devil Deal on Cellar II, dont take too much red heart damage or else you'll miss out on Angel items.
Literally everything is one shot.
And a sidenote dont use Judas' Book of BELAIR

K8VL XN2J‏ , it was insane, antigraf tears, tammy's head, dark matter, machine gun fire rate and a crap ton of damage (I barely have any items unlocked, so might change for you if you have alot unlocked+I didnt do boshrush so there might be a awesome item in there)

7BTP 8EMC , Took Isaac. Inredible Fast, Incredible Lucky, Quadshot and all stuff you could need. No Fly, but its def. not needed.
There might be more powerful seeds (that get boring as well) but this one will give you a lot of fun.
