ps3 controller not working on mac

Yesterday my ps3 controller connected through bluetooth was playing the game just fine, now it seems all the buttons are remapped and I can no longer play with the ps3 controller. I'm guessing this has something to do wiht pathc 1.01 which came out today. I'm playing with os x yosemite on a 2010 macbook pro

I'm not sure (since I don't have a mac) but have you tried checking the controls option? maybe you can remap everything from there and see if it works. If not, it might be a bug and you could message the devs about it.

yeah, i'm using an app called Joystick Mapper for OS x to map the controls for me now. it's an annoying extra step, but not sure what else I can do.
