Copying save files?
So I put probably 80-90 hours into Rebirth at the time of writing thins post and I am going away on a business trip tomorrow so I thought I'd bring along my laptop + BOI Rebirth to play when I am bored. I tried copying the files in My Documents>My Games> BOI Rebirth into the same destination on my laptop after installing (overwriting the existing files) but it did not work.

I was wondering if anyone has tried transferring save files over and if it has worked. Cheers.

Did you try doing an all drive search of "persistentgamedata"?

try press ALT + F2

It automatically syncs with the steam cloud. However, if you want to backup or manually move your save files they are in the Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Rebirth directory. However, you will need to change the SteamCloud=1 to 0 if you want your saves to overwrite the cloud.

Where should I press ALT+F2 and what does it do? Plus: where to change the steamcloud=1 to 0? Please help, I'm using multiple computers, and want to tranfer manually the save files, but I can't really do it

Since it hasn't been explained, to change the SteamCloud=1 edit the options.ini file in the documents>my games/boi rebirth folder

ALT+F2 will sync your game to your achievements but you will lose your death counts etc (not the unlocks just the stats) and where to press it ? on the "stats" screen.

Even though I think this is be a better idea.

I'm trying to port my save data from the PS4 version to the PC version, but does it even work?

Also, 250900 was not there when I looked.
