Dad's Key

How do you get this item after unlocking it? You need to RNG it through treasure rooms?

I am very infuriated with this item. It pretty much means I have to do runs until I run into both angel rooms or the key, and hope I have a decent enough item set that I can beat the boss.

Once you unlocked the Chest/Dark Room (Or beat it for the first time, can't remember), you'll unlock 'The angels are waiting'. From now on, bombing an angel in an angel room will turn him into a boss. If you defeat him, you'll get a key piece. If you manage to get both key pieces in one run (Two angel rooms), you unlock Dad's Key.
