Game pauses when losing focus

Is there any way to stop this from happening? I play on a pad which still controls the game even when the window isn't in focus, I want to be able to look up things on the wiki without having to pause the game every time!

Open the config.ini file - mine is found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth - and edit the line reading PauseOnFocusLost=1 to read PauseOnFocusLost=0.

The file in question was actually in C:\Users\UNW4NT3D/Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Rebirth/ But thanks very much all the same, issue is now fixed :D

If you have the DLC installed, also check the option file in those. I had it set to 0 in rebirth and in afterbirth, but it was set to 1 in afterbirth+ so it would pause when I losing focus. Just a heads up for anyone else who may need the help all these years later.
